Strausberg, 12th April 2017 - The Aircraft manufacturer Stemme AG and the Light Sport Aircraft manufacturer Remos AG announced today that both companies will be merged. This transaction is a logical continuation of the successful cooperation that started in 2014 whereby Remos AG has been producing structural composite parts for Stemme and ECARYS aircraft. The agreement has been unanimously approved by both companies’ supervisory boards. Both brands will continue to market their existing products under the existing brand names. The new organization will operate under the name Stemme AG.

NAPLES, Fla. - April 26, 2017 – The Naples City Council appointed Michael J. Lenhard to the board of commissioners of the City of Naples Airport Authority. The board is comprised of five citizen volunteers who are appointed to four-year terms to govern the Airport Authority.

EAA AVIATION CENTER, OSHKOSH, Wisconsin — (April 18, 2017) — The lone remaining veteran of the famed Doolittle Raiders mission of April 1942 and at least 16 B-25 bombers will be part of the raid’s 75th anniversary commemoration and air show activities at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2017 at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The 65th annual Experimental Aircraft Association fly-in convention, the “World’s Greatest Aviation Celebration,” will be held July 24-30.
