Renegade Light Sport LLC today announces it’s first but not the last joint venture with one of light sports most distinguished col-leagues ,The Hansen Air Group. This official joint venture will showcase of one light sports milestones as two powerhouses of the industry come together to create one great aircraft. This is a milestone in today’s light sport world. Many LSA manufactures are in fierce competition with each other, all vying for the same clients hard earned capital. In this case these two entities have joined forces to take this aircraft to the next level.

Renegade along with Jon Hansen have agreed to take the legendary F12 Comet, a swept Bi wing, tandem tail wheel LSA and install the first Aerobatic AEIO 233 fuel injected, electronic ignition, Lycoming engine. This aircraft will be an ELSA aircraft and this joint venture will bring to fruition the first fully Aerobatic LSA in the industry. With 9 gs posi-tive and 3 g’s negative it will surely give the LSA industry something to rave about.

Renegade with it’s vast experience and working relationship with Lycoming will do the engine and avionics install, with more IO 233 Lycoming engine installations than everyone else in the industry, combined.

Jon Hansen with his wisdom and forethought has been in the LSA game since it’s inception. John has masterfully acquired the ex-clusive distributorship rights for the United States. Jon will import this German engineered machine from his Kennesaw Georgia location. This fierce one two punch combination will both market and distribute the aircraft around the US and bring another Lycoming powered LSA to the table.

Renegade has just announced an open invitation to put this New engine into other Light Sport manufactures and distributors so that many other LSA’s can enjoy this state of the art REAL AIRCRAFT power plant. Doc Bailey of Renegade says , they can save new and existing LSA manufactures thousands and thousands of dollars . Months if not years of engineering and development time by having their shop engineer the engine installa-tions and conversion for many other LSA aircraft. This is the first step to their LSA man-ufactures complex to coop with many LSA manufactures. This coop will to engineer, reverse engineer and design composite airframes , engine and avionics installations more affordably , and with better delivery times. Other entities are planning and talking about this type of complex.
