Hold Your Next Corporate or Private Event at Planes of Fame Air Museum

Looking for an unique and exciting venue for your next corporate conference, business meeting, private party, wedding and reception…? Scan our portfolio of recent events held at Planes of Fame Air Museum including the WTS ‘Advancing Women in Transportation’ 7th Annual Scholarship & Awards Benefit Dinner that was hosted at Planes of Fame Air Museum on January 19th.

There is no curfew on the hours; typically they start at 5 or 6 PM and run till midnight. Since we do not provide catering there is no additional charge for you to hire your own. The venue can be used for both the your wedding and reception. We have had weddings take place in the Atrium and the reception in the Maloney Hangar… use of both is included in the facility rental fee.

Our museum offers a unique and exciting venue with our aircraft as a backdrop for your event and we can provide docents to lead your quests on a private tour of our museum at no additional cost.

Music and dancing is fine and encouraged! You would have to provide your own DJ and or band with appropriate sound equipment.

We have an ‘open air’ Atrium space that is located just outside the Maloney hangar that is included with the rental space. The Atrium can be used as a loction for your bar setup and/or for after dinner desert and coffee or to just relax in the cool of the evening. The Atrium is also a designated smoking area.

We offer spacious parking and a private entrance for your guests.

We have a digital overhead projector and screen in the Maloney hangar (see attached photos) that is available to use a with a VGA video connector in the alcove next to the screen. Audio equipment and a laptop and or PC to connect to the projector are not provided.

Additionally we have a 45 seat multiplex like theater / conference center that is available as well; along with a state of the art ‘Hands on Learning Center’. Use of this facility is separate from the Maloney Hangar rental.
