Midway Regional Airport, (JWY) is requesting proposals for long term lease of a newly renovated18,000ft 2 aircraft hangar and terminal complex to conduct Fixed Base Operator (FBO) services. The Airport’s desire is to see a strong existing business assume the operation, and is prepared to reward the best offer with favorable lease rates and terms.
The airport facilities include a newly expanded 6500’ x 100’ runway, a newly expanded and renovated terminal/FBO building and attached 10,000 ft2 hangar, equipment, modern fuel storage facilities and self service fuel island. The Airport is specifically seeking operators whose enterprise would benefit from the location in the DFW metro area, and entering the fuel services business or location on an airport would benefit the proposes’ enterprise, resulting in a draw of additional clientele to the airport.
