Trike Globetrotter starts 100,000 mile around the world journey

July 21, 2012 - Andreas Zmuda and his wife Doreen Kroeber of Germany started their 3 year and 100,000 miles around the world adventure project flight today July 21st, 2012 from Zephyrhills Municipal Airport (KZPH), Florida where Andreas learned to fly.

The project is named Trike Globetrotter and their first major stop is EAA Airventure, Oshkosh. They intend to go through 70 different countries, cover 100,000 miles and experience different cultures in the next 3 years in their open cockpit trike or weight-shift-control aircraft.
