WICHITA, Kan. (July 13, 2009) – Hawker Beechcraft Corporation (HBC) this week conducted its inaugural flight of its T-6 avionics upgrade aircraft. The avionics upgrade variant is a derivative of the highly successful T-6A trainer that is currently operated by the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, Hellenic Air Force of Greece, and NATO Flying Training in Canada.

Oil is life's blood for an engine. Fuel may be the food that keeps it running, but without oil, the engine will die in spite of the fuel available. Normal procedures tell us to check for oil pressure within 30 seconds of engine start. When the pressure gage starts to rise, we feel assured that the engine is being properly lubricated.
