NOTE: I have recently moved out of state. The aircraft is based in Southeastern PA. You will need to come to Ridgewood, NJ for the Signed FAA Form 8050-2 (AC Bill of Sale) as well as the paperwork & keys for this aircraft. After there is an acceptance of swap of titles and/or potential vehicle, merchandise offered, etc. You may then acquire this aircraft at your leisure whenever and by any means that you so choose. Sorry but I will not travel to show this aircraft & I will not allow anyone to remove the weatherproof covering or dismantle her until the swap has taken place and the new owner can then take possession freely as aforementioned anytime that is convenient for said new owner.

Excellent Fabric & 2014 Paint
Last time I flew this aircraft a few months ago, just days after in came out of it's condition inspection, I had a hard landing. And I heard a crack that seemed to come from beneath my butt. I had the mechanic come and check it out and he found nothing wrong when he performed a structural test. I then took off again and she flew perfectly with no signs of any issues what-so-ever. The reason that I am stating this is because the safety of any person is more important to me than anything else.
NOTE: When this incident happened, the aircraft just came out of an extensive $2,400 inspection performed by an I.A. (Inspection Authorization) where all of the many inspection plates were removed throughout the aircraft and all of the would was found to be in excellent condition (I have the inspection paperwork from said shop that performed the inspection as well). Having said this, for your peace-of-mind, I would suggest that you have a mechanic go through all of the inspection plates and borescope it for any potential crack/s.
