We’re back! And we are back in full force!

We have a new owner who bought the new factory with all the new manufacturing equipment. His name is Almerindo Junior and he will be there with his plant manager Rodrigo Francco, who has a business degree and a law degree. The best point is that Almerindo is a pilot!  The factory is over 70,000 square feet and can produce 100 paradise airplanes a year. We have a new owner of the factory, and we have new management.

The 268 pages World Directory of Light Aviation 2014/2015 (WDLA) lists with images, descriptions and technical data over 1000 aircraft: ultralights, microlights, LSA, gyrocopter, ul-helicopters, certified aircraft, kitplanes, trikes, ultralight- and certified gliders & motor-gliders, instruments, engines, propellers, accessories. Including addresses of manufacturers, importers, associations, schools and much more.

Light aircraft designer and manufacturer CubCrafters achieved a milestone by delivering its 300th CC11 aircraft in January of 2014. CubCrafters’ CC11 family includes the popular Carbon Cub SS and Sport Cub S2 LSA models. Serial Number 300 is a handsome Carbon Cub SS in Volcano Red bound for Idaho.

Phil Lockwood’s Rotax Aircraft Engine Forums Are Favorites

Sebring, FLORIDA / July 15, 2013 — An “Old Faithful” at airshows, forum talks by Phil Lockwood are perennial favorites, often filling forum structures to capacity. One reason these familiar talks are well attended is that Lockwood updates his seminars with the latest information. As America’s leading expert on the powerplants that lift the large majority of light aircraft — Light-Sport Aircraft and many kit-built aircraft — a Phil Lockwood talk has become a staple of airshows. Following is his EAA AirVenture Oshkosh schedule.

This year we were honored to take a place within the International Federal Pavilion at the show, as guests of the Bahamian Government.

Mike Z was personally invited to join a Fam Trip recently hosted by the Bahamian Government; a total of eight aircraft were along for the ride including a Baron, an Aztec and a selection of GA singles.
