Sebring, Florida, January 30, 2019 - For many, the highlight of the Sebring Sport Aviation Expo is being able to see and experience recreational and adventure airplanes. And, with over 50 aircraft brought in by exhibitors, pilots and prospective owners had plenty of opportunities to witness, up-close-and-personal some of the very coolest machines in the sport and adventure-flying arena. In line with this year’s theme of “Educate. Innovate. Aviate”, guests were treated to a wide variety of aviation related businesses in the Indoor Marketplace and the Sebring Airport Galleria.

Sebring, Florida, January 16, 2019 - Next week the 15th annual U.S. Sport Aviation Expo takes off on Wednesday. Pilots in search of the next best sport or light sport plane will be able to demo their choice of planes. Attendees will also have time to take classes, enjoy food at the food court, hear the Flying Musicians Association play on the airside patio or just hang out and people-watch.

May 4, 2017, Sebring, Florida — Last Thursday Sebring Airport Authority (SAA) and the City of Sebring were hosts to Chinese Delegates from the Aero Sport Association (ASA) in the Henan Province in the People’s Republic of China. The purpose of the meeting was to further develop the relationship between the two countries’ aviation industries and the cities of Sebring and Anyang. Anyang has established relationships with 28 other cities worldwide.

December 9, 2016, Sebring, Florida — Sebring Airport’s U.S. Sport Aviation Expo has added Dr. Story Musgrave to the line-up of inspirational guests for January. He will be regaling youth in YAZ (Youth Aviators Zone) about his remarkable story, “Lessons of Life”. People attending the EAA dinner will also have an opportunity to hear Musgrave speak.

Expo is thrilled to have Dr. Peggy Chabrian as a forum speaker for the 2017 event.

The U.S. Sport Aviation Expo and Aviators Hot Line have teamed up to offer private aircraft owners an opportunity to sell their aircraft at the 11th annual Sebring Expo. The Expo, which focuses on showcasing affordable aircraft, will run Wednesday through Saturday, January 14-17, 2015, on the Sebring Regional Airport. Aviators Hot Line will manage the special area set aside on the airport's ramp for owners to display their aircraft.

Affordable flying…it’s every pilot’s dream, and affordable aircraft come in many different types. The U.S. Sport Aviation Expo recognizes that and recently expanded the categories of aircraft that it will welcome, with support from AVweb and Triple R Affordable Aircraft.

On January 16 – 19, 2014 the Sebring Regional Airport will host the 10th annual U.S. Sport Aviation Expo.  Sebring’s Expo is the original, and remains the largest, sport aircraft event in the world to see, try, fly, and buy sport aircraft.  This event, with its focus on Sport Aircraft and the Sport Pilot Certificate, continues to grow in importance and in attendance with a great group of exhibitors, sponsors, partners, media, and concessionaires.  These associates travel to Sebring from nearly forty states and from several foreign countries to include Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, and Romania.  The 4-day Sebring Expo is the first major aviation event of the year, and is known in the aviation industry as the place for new product introduction.  And, the Sebring Expo has never failed to produce at least a few pleasant surprises each year.

December 13, 2012, Sebring, Florida—Visitors to the 9th annual U.S. Sport Aviation Expo, January 17-20, 2013, will have a chance to interact with history when three World War II era aircraft arrive to spend the weekend on display at the Sebring Regional Airport.  At the opposite end of the aviation spectrum, Expo attendees will also have the opportunity to learn more about the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA’s) current Commercial Crew Program.
