Piqua, Ohio, Feb. 4, 2019 - Hartzell Propeller will be the 2019 propeller technical partner of the Red Bull Air Race World Championship for yet another year. It is the sixth year in a row that Hartzell Propeller will be supporting the world famous air race.

Piqua, Ohio, Dec. 18, 2018 - Hartzell Propeller has received a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for its two-blade aluminum Scimitar propellers for Cessna 180/182 aircraft. Offered through Hartzell's Top Prop performance conversion program, introductory pricing is $9,900 for the new swept aluminum two-blade 82-inch diameter propeller, including polished spinner and all STC documentation.

The company is based in a modern facility at Pearland Regional Airport (KLVJ), near Houston.

Mike Disbrow, president of Hartzell Engine Technologies announced that the company is offering Cessna and Piper aircraft owners a $150 trade-in credit on legacy Chrysler and Ford alternators when they upgrade to a new-generation Plane-Power alternator until March 31, 2017.

Hartzell Engine Technologies (HET) has recently introduced a family of new-generation starters including the lightweight E-Drive, X-Drive and M-Drive units.
